Little Ceasers in Anderson

Stay out of this store we ordered a pizza and we pulled up delivery employees walk in to the store and went in the back cooking area with no mask on and had customers in the store with no mask on it pizza is your last dinner go for it

Cashier was friendly. Some of the employees in the back area looked a bit rough. Store was a little dirty but food and service was great!

This location needs better management or something cause every single time I come, the pizza is never ready even when they say it is (even having ordered online 30 minutes ago). They have a hard time paying attention to anything except each other and they are very disorganized. Wish there was another location in Anderson becuase I'm tired of having to come to this one.

I love little Caesar. The prices are great and the people are so nice to you. I would recommend people to visit there.

Great taste, great price, fast service(when they're not super busy). The employees dont seem to have the best attitude all the time but they get the job done. They also remodeled the inside recently which gives the enviornment more character.

I really like Little Caesars pan pizza. Great price for a bunch of good pizzas for a party. I love the new pizza portal and online ordering. I don't have to stand in line for 30 minutes with the riffraff that can't figure out how to order online!

used the online ordering function, and I really liked it! It saved me from having to wait in that congested, awkward lobby. U go in and punch in your order code and the door to your hotbox opens up, and you can grab and go. I think ill only do it like this from now on. The deep dish was delicious, as always. It's so much tastier than their regular pizza.

Terrible Little Caesars, staff is not helpful. Used the app to make orders, and every time pizza was never ready on time, Do not recommend.

Management needs to take a good look at this store! Don't bother ordering online, you'll wait forever either way. I always order online, or call, before heading over because I don't want to stand and wait in the small store. Every time, I wait... and wait... and wait. The kids working in the place do not want to be there (which I understand), but the last time I was there a couple weeks ago (family was up), the guy running the counter was S-L-O-W and wouldn't leave his cell phone alone. The store phone was ringing... and ringing... and ringing... finally a girl in the back says, loud enough for the lobby to hear, "God forbid you put your ****ing phone away and answer the ****ing phone" (while looking at the counter guy). We ordered Pizza Hut this weekend (family up again), zero problems. I'm over this Little Caesars store.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I've already contacted corporate but this store is in DIRE need of help. These kids care more about talking (and slipping some freebies) to their friends and family rather than getting online orders through (which were ordered an HOUR ago) and lying about it being ready in the pizza portal. Please tell me why I need to wait another HOUR for a pizza I ordered an hour ago? It should be ready, that is the point of an online order.

Good food, low price. The staff here is A-1. We waited in line like everyone else. The staff said we had waited too long and gave us extra pizza.

They're always nice and work really hard with no air conditioner which is my own issue they need air conditioner

They don’t have delivery it’s though DoorDash. Half of our order was missing and they can’t do anything about it. They said they would credit us but we wanted the rest of our food tonight. (They don’t deliver and didn’t offer to deliver it) We ordered delivery because we couldn’t come and get it. But they weren’t willing to right their wrong.

Employees seem more interested in joking around than serving customers most nights.

Three visits & three mess-ups. Used portal and had half of order missing. Second time had to ask for rest of order twice. Third a pizza no sauce .. Drove back and got another with a sorry that also has no sauce

I used the pizza portal and it was great to not have to stand in line. I got a really great deal on my pizzas, especially since I was feeding a croud. Last, but not least, gotta love that crazy bread!!

Great pizza great price. Hot but not as "ready" as it once was due to being busy all the time but thats understandable. Would be nice if they had some benches to sit while you wait. Also it was SUPER HOT in there. I was sweating while I waited.

Most of the time I don't have an issue with them but the last couple times have been horrible. No organization at all, in the 30 minutes that it took to get my 2 pizzas and bread sticks they gave out the wrong pizza to one person and tried to charge another to much money. The majority of the people that came in after I did got their food while I was still waiting. Including 4 people that ordered the same pizzas I did. I didn't get my cheese for my bread sticks, the cashier was new so she didn't know what she was doing on a busy Saturday night and the manager on duty was running around like a chicken with its head cut off because the majority of the people working didn't know what they were doing... Worst experience I've had by far..

If you want cheap pizza with cheap taste. This is the place for you. It is great for a fast pizza but sometimes not the greatest flavor.

I've been eating Caesars pizza for years the oven must not be working right the pizza I got today was not done it did not even got ate out of four adults only 2 pieces got half way eaten. It was allbad

It's busy and they have ok pizza but so disorganized and that place is warm inside.

Food is good but really slow service and none of the workers preparing the food wore gloves which is a huge risk health wise and they just aren’t efficient “hot and ready” is what they say but it takes like 20 minutes for food

Went to get a pizza. I got a deep dish with 4 toppings. The girl that waited on me was very kind. She did my order very good. She was clean looking and she had a Very nice smile. The store was clean and prices were great. The pizza was pretty good and it looked very good. I would go back.

Always a long wait, even when you order online well in advance. People get helped out of order and there usually a chaotic atmosphere as they try to fulfill orders. This is squarely on Management

Workers extremely slow and rude always wait 15 to 20 min on hot n ready orders even if I call it in. Half the time pizzas have chunks with no cheese or too much sauce so toppings just fall off. I wish they would open another location in Anderson this one is awful.

Pizza was good but bread sticks were not. One order of bread sticks had next to no toppings and the other order was overly topped.

Worst service ever. Preordered my pizza a hour and forty five minutes prior to pick up. Still wasn't ready and they didn't give me all of my order.

Little Caesars is slowly going downhill!! I tried 3 different times to call in an order, with no one answering the phones!! So I drive over there to place my order, waiting area is packed as usual, I place my order and then I have to wait for almost 10 minutes just to get my change because the cashier ran out of ones and was waiting on the manager (I assume) to get me the correct change!! I asked the cashier about the phone lines, his reply was, " When we answer the phones we get disconnected"!! Oh thats funny because when I went back to pick my food up, there was a guy answering phones!! The pizza was ok, but extremely greasy. The cheese pizza was disappointing!! They need to do something soon and fast, or they will not make it!!

This place was packed like a normal summer night. I ordered my food in advance. It still wasn't done 30 minutes after the order....people crammed inside like normal and not a mask in site. Not worth it.

Excellent service! Pizza was great! The cooks need raises... they kept up even during a huge rush and kept a good attitude and we only had to wait 15 minutes

Pizza tasted good for the cheap price. But the service was incredibly slow and unresponsive. The management needs to better train their counter people in procedures and customer relations.

This location is ALWAYS slammed. The line to order takes about 15 minutes. Then another 15 minutes wait if lucky. This is by no means a knock on the service because the workers are friendly and are trying to move fast and get it right. They have a small waiting area and are always busy. In the end, my family still goes back.

Quick service great pizza and easy on ur wallet

Normally it's great but last night it was very dry and fell apart they wasn't very organized.

The only thing good about this specific location is about nothing!! Its always over crowded, the food is in terrible shape when you get it, and it takes forever to get your order half the time!!
